Welcome

Hi, students and welcome back for the 2023-2024 school year.  I hope you had a wonderful summer.

 

I spent my summer at the ball park watching my grandson.  His team won the championship, and the we traveled to Lafayette, LA for  the 'World Series' for the Pony League 8 and under and swept the series!.

 

My goals for last year included WINNING the district spelling bee which we did.  I have a new goal to win the bee again this year.   We also had a good showing with our UIL teams as we competed in New Caney.  

 

I have worked to increase our Spanish language books, and our selection is larger than ever.  If you like playing chess, we have 15 beautiful chess boards.  We are planning on being creative with our 3-D printer, reading several novels as a class, and we are thinking about trying a book fair-stay tuned!  

Something new!  Students can now earn passes using their PBIS points for Lunch in the Library!
